It still feels
to be a charming reverie but its really true. On the 28th
of April 2003, i-serve had a priced visitor coming to its
dome. Mr. Rick Lowes, the First Secretary of the British
Deputy High Commission and Leads Officer for Financial
Services took time out to be with i-serve.
It turned out to be a goodwill visit on both the ends. Mr.
Lowes was amazed and astonished to see such a unique call
centre. Articulate in the terms of its built-up, its work
culture and environment. Mr. Lowes took his own time to
understand the functioning of the system in the office and
also listened to a few live conversations. Mr. Lowes felt
that it was really becoming for i-serve to be so upbeat
and prepared for the international standards.
i-serve is humbled by the visit and would like to extend a
hearty appreciation to Mr. Lowes for taking the time for
his visit. It has struck a chord and made the bonding
between i-serve and its parent country more stronger. Such
a visit not only conveys the bridge building relationship
but also rekindles hope for stronger tie-ups for continued
growth and prosperity. i-serve will hold on to the fond
memories and will cherish this visit.
